Our Troester roller mills enable us to produce rubber compounds in flexible batch sizes:

200 g to 1 kg on the laboratory roller mill for developments and specialty compounds

Rubber Pressing
In our rubber production, we transform rubber into the desired shape. Depending on the part geometry, quantity, and material requirements, we choose between compression molding and transfer molding.
We manufacture both pure rubber molded parts and more complex hybrid components, such as rubber-metal parts, rubber with PTFE or other plastics and components made of various rubber types– always with the highest precision and efficiency.
Technology and mold making
We develop and design your tools and have them manufactured by experienced partners. Thanks to this efficient collaboration, you receive functional prototypes in the shortest possible time.
